  • Q1: What is Skreem?

    Skreem is a social influencing platform, which enables Brands to engage with their interest groups and potential customers for social media endorsements. Our platform acts as a powerful ecosystem for consumer engagement, content creation, and distribution, maximizing the brand’s reach on social media. We help Influencers to collaborate with the Brands they LOVE ❤ across various segments and become their Brand Ambassadors or Evangelists.

  • Q2: I am not able to log in. Why?

    If you are not able to log in to the Skreem App, it could be either of the following reasons:

    1. You are trying to ‘Login’ using an incorrect phone number. Right now we only support valid Indian mobile number.
    2. You have not signed up on our App. Please sign up on the platform using a valid Indian mobile number.

  • Q3: What are feeds?

    Feeds are the latest activity on the App from the best performing Influencer Campaign Posts.

  • Q4: Why should I update the app?

    Our platform is ever growing, along with you as an influencer. An update is necessary for good performance of the app, we are also constantly trying to fix bugs, as well as add new features to make the app more user friendly.

INFLUENCERS

  • Q1: What is a referral code? How do I have to get a referral code?

    A referral code is an access code which is given to a potential Influencer to sign up on the Skreem app. The access to our platform is restricted at the moment as we are in Beta. You can gain access through an existing influencer of the platform.

    You can request for a referral code by mailing us your social profiles to support@skreem.io and we will review it and back to you as soon as possible.

  • Q2: How can i create a referral code for myself? And why should i do this?

    If you are an existing Influencer and wish to have a personalised referral code to invite your friends to the platform, you can mail us at support@skreem.io with the referral code of your choice (Min. 5 Characters, Only Alphanumeric).

    This will help you invite your friends, who are Influential like you to the platform using your referral code, and we will add credits to your name.

  • Q3: How do I add social accounts? And why?

    From the Skreem App Menu > Settings > Connected Accounts > Add accounts (plus symbol on the top bar) (screenshots)

    The more accounts you connect, the more visibility you get which increases your influencing power and adds value to the Brands and your followers. This will make you irresistible for the brands you love.

  • Q4: Can we add multiple accounts for the same social network? And how?

    Yes! You can add multiple accounts of the same social network by following the steps below:

    1. Open the Social Networking App on your phone, log in or switch to the account you want to add on the Skreem App (Keep the desired account active on the social networking app)
      Eg : log in to your other account on your fb app.
    2. Now open Skreem App > Menu > Settings > Connected Accounts > Add accounts (plus symbol on the top bar)

  • Q5: How can I add or edit my Interests?

    From the Skreem App Menu > Manage Interests > Select the multiple options you want > Save

    Based on your Interests the respective Brands and their Campaigns will be visible to you. This way you will not miss your favourite Brand’s Campaigns.

  • Q6: Why is my personal information required by Skreem?

    We require your personal information to make sure you get the best brands suited to you. Brands target their Influencers based on their age, gender, occupation, location for their campaigns.

    The more Information you provide, the closer you are to being a Brand Ambassador for the Brands you love ❤

  • Q7: Why does the Skreem require my Location? How is it helpful?

    Brands target Campaigns to certain locations (area, city, state). By giving access to your location we will be able to show you the campaigns that are active near you, making sure you won’t miss out on promoting the brand you love.

  • Q8: What is Total reach? ( and how you can increase it)

    Total Reach = Total number of combined followers you have across all the social accounts which you have connected with Skreem.

    To increase your following count, you can do the following:

    1. Connect more social accounts.
    2. Build your audience and followers on your social network (For more Tricks and Tips please refer our Blog)

  • Q9: Why should I give permission to access my gallery?

    Skreem app will require access to your phone camera and media files to be able to display pictures saved in your phone or to take a new picture for the UGC (User Generated Content) Campaigns.

    UGC Campaigns are the campaigns which will requires you to post a selfie or a picture of the product as suggested in the campaign goals.

  • Q10: What does the performance % mean?

    The Performance % give you an idea of how your posts are performing in relation to the participation from other Influencers. The higher the % the better you are and you will end up on the Leaderboard. To improve the % you have to increase your engagement levels.

  • Q11: How are impressions calculated?

    Impressions are the total number of times your campaign posts were visible on your followers feeds on the social media.

  • Q12: Why should my Skreem Facebook post permissions be set to Public? Will it affect my Facebook privacy settings?

    By changing your Facebook settings for Skreem App, your personal settings won't change. When you set your Skreem facebook posts to public you will be able to reach a myriad of audience. Higher the reach, Higher will be your power to influence and thereby you generate more engagement and visibility for the brand.

  • Q13: How do I change permission for this app to public, for posts?

    You can change permission directly through your facebook account. Login to your Facebook account. Select Settings > App > Apps logged in using Facebook > Skreem > Public

  • Q14: If I have restricted my permission on Facebook, how can I change it back?

    Login to Facebook App, Select Settings > App > Apps logged in using Facebook > Search for Skreem > Edit the settings as required > Click Save

PARTICIPATION

  • Q1: What does the fire symbol 🔥 mean?

    The fire symbol 🔥 on the campaign card means that the campaign is running hot. Each campaign has limited participation, 🔥 conveys that there are only a few spots left and you should grab the opportunity to participate ASAP.

  • Q2: What does the location Symbol 📍 mean?

    The Location symbol 📍 on the campaign card represents that the Campaign is location specific. The campaign is only available in certain area or city. Chances are if you move out of the specific location the campaign may not be active or appear on the dashboard. To participate, you will need to be in the specific location.

  • Q3: Why am i not able to see ‘A’ particular campaigns?

    The following may be the reason the campaign may not be visible on your dashboard:

    1. Check if your location on the phone is switched on.
    2. Check if all your personal information is filled in your profile. (Settings > Edit Profile)
    3. Refresh the Dashboard. (Incase of an error)

    If none of the above helps, it may be possible that your profile does not match the requirements of the Brand (age, gender, location, reach, interest).

  • Q4: How important is it read campaign goals?

    The Campaign goals are the heart of the campaign. It is very important to read them, as it gives you all the information about the Brand and what exactly the campaign is about. It outlines on how you can write good and genuine content for the campaign.

    Campaign goals help you build your content (status message), which helps you build engagements for the Brand, increasing your influencing power.

  • Q5: Why was my campaign rejected?

    Once you have participated in the campaign, it is submitted for an approval process. There are few basic requirements for the posts to get approved. Below we have outlined the reasons why your participation could have been rejected:

    1. Caption doesn’t comply: The content (status message) you have entered is insufficient (too small) or is incorrect and irrelevant to the Campaign Goals. Please read the Campaign Goals, Do’s and Don’ts (of the campaign) again to make sure you write the correct content (status message) or to get an idea on what needs to be modified and make it more relevant.
    2. Photo/Video does not comply: In the User Generated Campaign the photo/video uploaded by you may not be relevant to the Campaign requirements. Please read the Campaign Goals, Do’s and Don’ts (of the campaign) and have a look at the “Thought Starters” examples to get a better idea of what imagery is required and will get approved.
    3. Rules don’t comply: The post (content and the imagery) may not comply to the requirements of the Campaign. Please read the Campaign Goals, Do’s and Don’ts (of the campaign) and have a look at the “Thought Starters” examples to get a better idea of what imagery is required and will get approved.
    4. Low follower count: When a Campaign is displayed to you on the Dashboard we analyse the reach of all your accounts and make sure at least one account meets the Campaign requirements in terms of Reach. But while participating in the Campaign we allow you to participate via all the social accounts connected. It is required from you to post on to the Social Accounts which have the highest reach and then from the other accounts. If you have failed to do so, it can lead to rejection.
    5. Use the latest version of the app: The Skreem App updates are regularly pushed to the PlayStore/AppStore. It is always advised to keep your App updated while participating in the Campaigns. We fix a bugs or add new features on the App regularly so that you can get the best of the experience and participate in the campaign best way possible.
    6. Profile Doesn't comply by the Skreem guidelines: Our system is automated to pick up some issues in a profile and throw a RED Flag due to the following reasons:
      • You have multiple Skreem accounts created for yourself.
      • Your Social Media Account profile doesn’t seem genuine.
      • You have deleted the previous campaign posts from your social accounts after execution.
      • You have violated any previous campaign rules.
    7. As per our phone conversation, please resubmit the post: With respect to the phone conversation regarding an issue with your participation, and we would request you to re-submit the post by following those instructions shared on the call.
    8. Too Late, This Campaign is Over!: All campaigns have limited number of participations. There are Influencers parallelly submitting the participations. In some cases you may waited too long to participate in the campaign and someone beat you to the deadline.

    Note: If rejected do not get demotivated. We provide you with the reason to help you understand what was missing from your post, so you could edit that and re-submit your post. You can always find the campaign on your dashboard for you to re-participate unless the campaign is over by the time you come back to the APP. We want to ensure the best post goes out and to push you to the best of your limits.

  • Q6: How do i participate in a campaign?
    1. Choosing an account: By default your primary account is selected for participation. If you want to switch your account to which you would like to post, click the account section as shown in the image below to see the list of your connected accounts. You can choose the account you want to participate in.

      Note: You can participate in multiple accounts for every campaign.

      PRO TIP: The more the number of posts the better your engagements will be.

    2. Adding an image/video? Or choose a creative? ( why no creative has to be selected or entered? ) To add an image/video click the gallery icon (camera icon) either placed in the center of the screen or on the bottom bar.

      • If it's a Brand Creative Promotion - We display the list of creatives, for you to choose from.
      • If it's a Influencer Generated Campaign your Gallery Albums/Photos will be displayed from which you can choose the desired Image(s)/Video(s) relevant to the campaign requirements (refer Campaign Thought Starters).
      • If the campaign requires posting a Link or Youtube Video, it will be pre populated on the screen. You are not required to add any images.

    3. How do I add content (status message)? And why is it important? A good content will help in creating awareness, offering value for the brand. Through the right and genuine content you can attract, acquire and create engagements. To add a status message click the status message box which opens up the editor for you to start typing. (Screenshot) Also pay attention to the Hash Tags and Links on the bottom bar (screenshot), make sure you add them in your the status message.(Screenshot and video)

    4. How do i add hashtags? Select the hashtags displayed in the bottom bar, next to the camera icon (screenshot). When you click on the hashtag it gets copied to the clipboard and you can paste it in your content (Status message) by long press and paste.

    5. How do i add link? Select the link icon (Link icon) displayed in the bottom bar, next to the camera icon (screenshot). When you click on the link it gets copied to the clipboard and you can paste it in your content (Status message) by long press and paste.

  • Q7: Why should i post on multiple accounts?

    As an influencer your job is not yet over, by creating a good content for the brand. You will have to create more engagements in your campaign participation to generate more visibility for the brand.

    By posting on different social accounts you will be able to reach out to a larger target audience and thereby increasing the visibility. This will make you irresistible for the brands you love. Higher the reach, higher is your power of influence!

  • Q8: How do we solve these errors while participating in a campaign?
    1. Link is missing: Your content is missing the link. You have not been successful in copying and pasting the link for the campaign. Please try again.

    2. Hashtag is missing: Your content (status message) is missing the hashtags. You have not been successful in copying and pasting the hashtag for the campaign. At times certain campaigns require multiple hashtags, make sure you slide the hashtag section (screenshots) to see if there are more hidden.

    3. Please add content: A good content will help in creating awareness, offering value for the brand. Make sure you add genuine and right content to increase brand visibility and thereby increase your power of influence. There has to be content apart from the Hash Tags and Links in your status message. Campaign goals gives an outline to help you write a good and genuine content (Status message).

    4. Please select image:
      • For Brand Creative Promotion - Choose from one of the Image/Video options provided by the Brand.
      • For Influencer Generated Promotions - Please navigate through your phone gallery and choose the appropriate Image/Video. Please refer to the thought starters.
    5. If msg comes check tags and i have added hashtags, how can i double check? If you receive this message, please check for the following

      • You have not copy pasted all the campaign hashtags, (screenshot) swipe the hashtag section to your left and check if you have missed out on copying any other hashtag.
      • If the error still persists please remove the hashtags from the textbox ( status message) and re -add them by copy pasting it.

    6. If msg comes check link and i have added link, how can i double check? If you receive this message, please check for the following

      • You have not copy pasted all the campaign link, (Screenshot) swipe the hashtag section to your left and check if you have missed out on copying any other hashtag.
      • If the error still persists please remove the link from the textbox ( status message) and re -add them by copy pasting it.

  • Q9: Where do i check my engagement levels for a campaign?

    To check for your engagement levels. Select Skreem Menu > My Campaigns > Choose the Campaign

    Campaign Stats will give you a detailed review of your performance, impressions created and total engagements for each campaign. Campaign Stats are updated every 3 hours so do keep checking the Stats/Leaderboard often to know how you are performing against your peer Influencers.

  • Q10: Why does my campaign go into pending first?

    We have an approval process for every participation. So when you participate in a campaign, our team reviews it to ensure the quality (requirements of campaign goals) of the content before it's accepted and posted on your social network.

  • Q11: Will there be any consequences if I delete my post on social media?

    Yes! The purpose of participating in a campaign is to add value to the Brands through your influencing power. By deleting the post you are reducing your credibility with the Brands and Skreem and you will not be eligible for any incentives. If you repeatedly delete the posts on your social accounts, you will be automatically BANNED from the Skreem App.

  • Q12: How are my Engagements calculated?

    The engagements are calculated based the number of Likes, Comments, Shares and the Clicks you generate from the Campaign Posts. This determines the value of your participation.

    Note: On Facebook, at times the calculation may not be accurate because of the privacy settings of your friends and followers may restrict Facebook to share the data with Skreem.

REWARDS

  • Q1: How will i know what are the Incentive for each campaign?

    We do not specify the Incentives of the campaign on the App since we are experimenting with a few things. Each campaign may have different Incentive. If we are running an unpaid campaign, we specify on the campaign explicitly. If we have not specified it, then the campaign is paid or has a really cool incentive for it. If you wish to know the incentive before executing the campaign kindly leave us a mail at support@skreem.io and we will let you know the incentive.

  • Q2: Why are there no incentives amount mentioned on each campaigns?

    We want to our influencers to promote Brands for their LOVE ❤ for it. Yes we do realise your hard work and efforts, hence the incentives. Some of you may be promoting Brands professionally, and we respect and understand that, unfortunately no incentives will be mentioned on the App as of now (it may happen in the future).

    This will help you invite your friends, who are Influential like you to the platform using your referral code, and we will add credits to your name.

  • Q3: What are the different kind of incentives?

    Each campaign may have a different incentive. The different kind of incentives are:

    1. PayTM Cash
    2. Products (to review)
    3. Exclusive Events Invites
    4. Merchandises

  • Q4: How and when will i get paid?

    The payment for each campaign will be made within 7-10 days of participation of the campaign. Your Earnings will automatically be credited to your PayTM account (registered mobile number of your Skreem Account). My Earnings will only reflect your earning through the campaigns on the App. Please check Settings > Payment History to know about your payment details.

    Note: If the payment has not been sent for certain campaigns - make sure to check your mails from Skreem to see if we have Flagged it and the reason for it and get back in touch with us.

    If the campaign incentives involved products or event invites, it will shipped within 7-10 days of participate or your request to review the product (This may vary due to certain circumstances but you shall be notified if it happens).

  • Q5: Why does my earnings reflect immediately, after campaign approval and money gets transferred later?

    In My Earnings it reflect your earning through the campaign participations on Skreem immediately after the approval of each participations. The payments are usually made 7-10 days after the participation in a campaign. You can check your Payment History by checking Settings > Payment History

ENGAGEMENTS

  • Q1: How can I build more engagements for a campaign? And why?

    Engagements are calculated based on the total number of likes, comments and shares that you generate on each of your posts for the campaign.

    You can build more engagements in the following ways:

    1. By writing a good and genuine content (status message) related to the Brand’s goals. Make sure you write the content in a way, that reflects your personality and the way your friends and followers will connect to the Brand.
    2. Each campaign has a specific message. You can build engagements by tagging your friends and followers who can relate to the Brand or connects to such a message, and have a conversation with them in the comments section of your post.

    Building engagements are very important as it adds value to the Brands and build more visibility. This will help you build your influencing power which will make you irresistible for the Brands you love.

  • Q2: What happens when post has low engagements?

    Once your post is approved and goes live on the social media, we request you to build as much engagements as possible. Higher the engagements, more the Brands will love you. Due to any unforeseen reasons, the post does not engage your followers consistently (in your participation for multiple campaigns), your power of influencing starts reducing. Once this happens, Brands will start looking at other influencers with higher engagement and influencing power to help promote them.

    We never wish that happens to you. We know you are a very good influencer and can build meaningful engagements and add value to the Brands. Hence, we request you to build engagements for each campaign. If you need any help we have few pointers in previous question.

  • Q3: Will the incentive depend on the engagement levels?

    Yes! We are working on a module where all the incentives will be based on the engagement levels you build for the Brands. As you are aware the current module also has a part of the incentive which is engagement based (80-20 ratio). In the near future, the incentives will completely be based on your engagement and influencing power.

    So we request all of you, to build as much engagements as you can on your campaign.
